These Terms of Service govern your use of bunnybow.co and purchases made from BunnyBow.

Throughout these Terms, “BunnyBow,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bunnybow. “You” and “your” refer to visitors, customers, and other users of our website.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies displayed on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase from BunnyBow.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You may not interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of the website.

Providing false information, attempting fraudulent transactions, introducing malicious software, scraping the website without authorization, or violating another person’s rights is prohibited.

2. Product Safety and Intended Use

The Bunny Bow Patting Companion is intended only for awake, directly supervised soothing time.

It is not an infant sleep product, medical device, or substitute for attentive adult care. Remove the product before the child falls asleep.

Never place or leave Bunny Bow in a crib, bassinet, play yard, bed, or other infant sleep space. Always follow current safe-sleep guidance and the instructions supplied with the product.

Before each use:

• Inspect the fabric, seams, motor, remote, battery compartment, and accessories
• Confirm that all components are secure and undamaged
• Keep the remote, charging cable, batteries, and electronic components out of the child’s reach
• Stop using the product immediately if any component becomes loose, damaged, exposed, or unusually warm
• Use and charge the product only as directed

Adult supervision is required at all times. The supervising caregiver is responsible for deciding whether the product is appropriate for the child’s age, development, and circumstances.

Every child responds differently. BunnyBow does not guarantee that the product will cause a child to fall asleep, sleep longer, stop crying, or achieve any particular result.

Questions concerning a child’s sleep, development, health, or safety should be directed to a qualified pediatric healthcare professional.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, images, features, and availability accurately.

Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, lighting, manufacturing batch, or product photography. Measurements may vary slightly.

Product packaging, accessories, features, or materials may be updated when doing so does not materially reduce the product’s intended function.

If you receive a product that is materially different from its description, contact support@bunnybow.co.

4. Prices and Promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout and may change without notice.

Discounts, promotional offers, bundles, free gifts, and coupon codes may be subject to additional conditions. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate discounts, pricing errors, or promotional mistakes. If an error affects an order you placed, we will contact you and provide the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a refund.

Taxes, duties, and other charges may apply depending on the delivery destination.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout

We do not directly store complete payment-card information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Risk of loss and legal title transfer according to applicable law and the terms of the shipping carrier.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide any options required by applicable law, which may include accepting the revised shipment date or canceling for a refund.

• You own the content or have permission to submit it
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It is not misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent
• Any material relationship with BunnyBow has been properly disclosed

You grant BunnyBow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit, and use submitted content for operating and marketing our business.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we will not suppress a genuine negative review solely because it is unfavorable.

10. Intellectual Property

The BunnyBow name, logo, website design, product photography, written content, graphics, videos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to BunnyBow.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without written permission.

Personal, non-commercial sharing of public website links is permitted.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may include services, content, applications, or links provided by Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social networks, and other third parties.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our store but is not the seller of BunnyBow products.
